To grant calendar access for another user:


1. Open outlook

2. At the top right of the outlook window there is a icon that reads "Calendar Permissions", click that.

3. When the Calendar Properties box opens, click add.

4. When the Address books pops up, add the user that you want to have access to the calendar and click ok.

5. When that box closes under the "Read Permissions" tick the box that says full details and click apply then ok.
