Help Desk Ticket Request via Fresh Service

To submit an Help Desk Ticket Request, please complete the following steps in FreshService.  

  1. Navigate to the Support Portal located in FreshService via the website or click on the desktop icon.  Website:  https://kki.freshservice.com/support/home

 

 

Note:  Internet explorer is not recommended, please use browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.  

 

  1. Click the “Sign In” button on the top righthanded navigation bar. 

 

 

Note: users will see the Workspace One window appear and then authenicate to Fresh Service. 

 

  1. Click “New Ticket”.

  1. Submitting a Ticket:  Next the user will need to complete the “Submit a ticket” form.  Please see example form below for completion instrutions: 

 


 

 

 

Submit a Ticket Form: 

 

  1. Once  all detials are entered, please review and then click “Submit”.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Confirmation of ticket submission: 

 

  1. Once submitted you will navigate back to the Fresh Service portal and see a copy of your ticket. 

 

  1. The user will also receive a confirmation email in their outlook inbox:

 

 

  1. Follow-up on Ticket Request:  To follow-up on your request, you can update your ticket in the portal or you can reply to the email and it will update the ticket via Fresh Service.
