Help Desk Ticket Request via Fresh Service
To submit an Help Desk Ticket Request, please complete the following steps in FreshService.
- Navigate to the Support Portal located in FreshService via the website or click on the desktop icon. Website: https://kki.freshservice.com/support/home
Note: Internet explorer is not recommended, please use browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.
- Click the “Sign In” button on the top righthanded navigation bar.
Note: users will see the Workspace One window appear and then authenicate to Fresh Service.
- Click “New Ticket”.
- Submitting a Ticket: Next the user will need to complete the “Submit a ticket” form. Please see example form below for completion instrutions:
Submit a Ticket Form:
- Once all detials are entered, please review and then click “Submit”.
- Confirmation of ticket submission:
- Once submitted you will navigate back to the Fresh Service portal and see a copy of your ticket.
- The user will also receive a confirmation email in their outlook inbox:
- Follow-up on Ticket Request: To follow-up on your request, you can update your ticket in the portal or you can reply to the email and it will update the ticket via Fresh Service.
