OneDrive N: Drive Permissions

 

  1. Go to https://www.office.com/ and sign in with your admin account:

  1. Click on the Admin on the left side of the page and a new page will open.

  1. On the left-hand side click on Users and then Active users.

  1. Type the name of the user in the search box on the top right-hand side of the top of the page.

  1. Select the correct user from the results of the search.

  1. Select OneDrive from the dialog box.

  1. Click the link the Create link to files.

  1. Click on the link to the users OneDrive.

  1. Select the users N drive folder and right click.

  1. Click on Manage Access.

  1. Right click on any groups/users that should not have access and choose Stop sharing.

  1. Click Remove.

  1. Only the user should have access to their N Drive Folder in OneDrive.

Note: You may see I.S. admin accounts with access, that is to be expected.
