OneDrive N: Drive Permissions
- Go to https://www.office.com/ and sign in with your admin account:
- Click on the Admin on the left side of the page and a new page will open.
- On the left-hand side click on Users and then Active users.
- Type the name of the user in the search box on the top right-hand side of the top of the page.
- Select the correct user from the results of the search.
- Select OneDrive from the dialog box.
- Click the link the Create link to files.
- Click on the link to the users OneDrive.
- Select the users N drive folder and right click.
- Click on Manage Access.
- Right click on any groups/users that should not have access and choose Stop sharing.
- Click Remove.
- Only the user should have access to their N Drive Folder in OneDrive.
Note: You may see I.S. admin accounts with access, that is to be expected.
