1. Open Kennedy's Epic and log in with your credentials.
  2. Once logged in, click the Epic menu at the top left, then My Reports
  3. Click on FCC Connected Care Program Tracking to run the report
  4. Once the report is finished running, click the "3 dot" menu at the top right, then select Export Results
  5. The Save File dialog box will appear, it should point to the 000EPIC folder on the IS shared drive. Click Accept.
  6. Open File Explorer and browse to the location where you saved the report
  7. Open the report in Excel, select the FCC Change Reason column, the click Sort & Filter in the ribbon, then Sort A to Z
  8. Once the file is sorted, remove any rows that are not "FCC - Approved". That will leave you with a list of devices that need to be mailed out
