- Open Kennedy's Epic and log in with your credentials.
- Once logged in, click the Epic menu at the top left, then My Reports
- Click on FCC Connected Care Program Tracking to run the report
- Once the report is finished running, click the "3 dot" menu at the top right, then select Export Results
- The Save File dialog box will appear, it should point to the 000EPIC folder on the IS shared drive. Click Accept.
- Open File Explorer and browse to the location where you saved the report
- Open the report in Excel, select the FCC Change Reason column, the click Sort & Filter in the ribbon, then Sort A to Z
- Once the file is sorted, remove any rows that are not "FCC - Approved". That will leave you with a list of devices that need to be mailed out
