The extension is being pushed by adding users to a group in AD:
Lawson IX Drill Chrome Extension User Group
if the extension does not appear in the users Chrome extensions.
Verify the user is in the group listed above?
Run GPupdate /force and reboot.
If still appearing escalate to engineering.
If the extension is present but user is having issue with functionality place ticket in Procurement queue.
IX Upgrade Chrome Extension Troubleshooting
Verify Chrome Extension – the extension should be installed on Chrome and Edge servers in order for the link from Lawson RQC to IX to work on both browsers. Also make sure that Chrome or Edge are the users default browsers. The upgraded IX application will NOT work on Internet Explorer.
If there are issues, please check the values on the extension settings.
Check the Image Express Server setting – the value should be “https://imageexpress.kki.org/” (below value is the dev server URL)
Check the Lawson Instance setting – the value should be “/lawson/portal,/rqc/html” .
After the extensions are configured, the paperclip functionality from Lawson RQC to Image Express should work.
To verify, go to Lawson RQC Shopping Homepage.
Click Inquire then the search button (leave blank). The requisitions for the requester/user should display and the paperclip link should display to the left of the Requisition number (see below). The link will open Image Express application using the PCs default browser.

As you can see, there are no significant changes in the application so users should not have issues with usage.
