Installing the Company Portal for Macs
- The user needs to be added to the correct user collection in SCCM.
* This may take a while to sync with Intune, so should be done before meeting with the user*
- Open Safari.
- Type in the following URL.
https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=853070
- Hit the Enter key.
- Click Allow and the file will download.
- Click on the down arrow icon on the top the Safari page.
- Double click on the downloaded file to start the installation.
- Click Continue.
- Click Continue.
- Click Agree.
- Click Install.
- Type in the password for the mac_admin account.
- Click Install Software.
- Click OK.
- Click Close.
- Click Move to Trash.
- Click OK.
- Click Update.
- Click on the red dot to close the window.
