Enrolling User in Intune Mac
Prerequisites:
User must be in the HD- Enable User Enrollment in Intune for Mac Collection in SCCM and MacBook must be enrolled in Intune.
- Have the user sign into the device.
- Open Finder.
- Click on Applications.
- Scroll down to Company Portal.
- Double Click to open the Company Portal.
- Click Sign in.
- Have the user enter their KKI email address.
- Click Next.
- Have the suer enter their KKI password.
- Click Sign In.
- Click Begin.
- Click Continue.
- Have the user Approve the Sign in Request.
- Click Download Profile.
- Click Profile Installation.
- Double click on the downloaded profile.
- Click Install.
- Have the user enter their password.
- Click Enroll.
- The Intune profiles will download.
- Click red dot to close the window.
- Click Done.
- Click the red dot to close the window.
- Click on the Apple logo at the top of the screen.
- Click Restart.
- Click Restart.
