Accessing User’s Profile FSLogix
- Open the Remote Desktop Connection app.
- Type the address of the server: ASH-HZN-FSL-01
- Click Connect.
- Type in your password.
- Click OK.
- Open File Explorer.
- Click on the E: Drive (FSL DATA).
- Click on the pool needed.
- Type the username in the search box.
- Click on the user’s profile.
- Click OK on the error box that pops up.
- Open Disk Management.
- Right click on the mounted drive.
- Click Change Drive Letter and Paths…
- Click Add.
- Click OK.
- Open File Explorer.
- Click on This PC.
- Click on the mounted drive for the user’s profile.
- Click on Profile.
- Click Continue.
- Navigate to the folders needed.
