User requests to have their number forwarded or masked it is the same process.
In Site Admin, use command change off-pbx-telephone station XXXXX
Mimic the below screenshot and replace the phone number with the number the user provides
Send user below instructions on how to use the features
Masking:
"To make an outgoing call while masking your cell phone number, dial 667-205-4800 and after the dial tone, dial 9 and enter the number you are calling. If you are making a long distance call, please make sure to dial 1 before the area code."
Forwarding:
"To activate call forwarding, scroll through your screens on your office phone using the arrow keys until you see EC500. Highlight the EC500 line and press the button to the right to activate the feature. Depress the same key to turn the feature off."
