Fix 1: Restart the iPad locker from the switch on the back right-hand side.
Fix 2: Unplug the charging locker and plug it back in or plug it into another outlet.
Fix 3: Try replacing some of the lighting cables. If that works, make sure that all the USB ports are working with a known good cable.
