1.    Navigate to the Helpdesk Portal: https://kki.freshservice.com (You may be prompted to sign in with your KKI network username and password.)


2.    Click on “Service Catalog” as shown below.



3. Click on “School Services” as shown below



4.    Click on “iPad App Purchase/Installation Request” as shown below.



5.    Fill out the required information. Please remember to complete all relevant fields.


6.     Once the form has been completed click on “Place Request” as shown below.
