Restart the iPad by holding the Home Button (at the bottom) and the power button (at the top) for 15sec or until you see the Apple Logo. If that doesn't resolve the issue please reset the network settings using the instructions below:

1. Open Settings App
2. Tap on "General"
3. Tap on "Reset" (that is at the bottom of the page)
4. Tap "Reset Network Settings"
5. Enter the device passcode, if applicable
6. Tap "Reset"
7. The iPad will restart on its own
