The Beaker label printers are used by phlebotomists to label orders after blood has been drawn.

Troubleshooting      

KKI does not have the ability to troubleshoot what happens after the order is sent. We are only able to see if the order was sent over to JHU successfully.

 We will have to contact JHU for assistance if the order was sent successfully.

KKI has 4 beaker label printers that are connected to the network and Nated to JHU.

Quick tips

• If there is a physical issue with the printer please refer to the general “Label Printer Guide”
• All printers are connected to the network, if there is a KKI network issue. The printers will not be able to connect to JHU.
