Model - Ingenico iPP350

The printer will need to be connected to power and Ethernet. These devices are not connected to the desktop by USB.

For initial setup the device will need to be connect to and Ethernet and the IP address along with other information will need to be submitted via Sherlock for the Epic team to create a record for the printer.

Manual Media Calibration

 

  • 1.       Power off then back on 

 

  • 2.       Press pause for two seconds to enter "Advance Mode"(all icons will flash yellow/orange)

  • 7.       Remove 3 inches or 80 millimeters of labels from the liner. Place the liner where the labels were

  • 8.       Close printer and press pause once.

 

  • 9.       Media icon should start flashing then when complete, the pause indicator will begin flashing.

  • 10.   Open the printer and reposition the media so that a label is located directly above the movable sensor, if not adjust 

 

  • 11.   Close and press pause once 

 

  • 12.   Once done the feed will stop and you should be able to go

 

Changing Media

 

  • 1.       Power off then back on 
  • 2.       The media status indicator will display red when the media is exhausted.

  • 3.        Open the printer. Remove the empty core from the roll holders.

  • 4.       Verify the media sensor is in the correct location for your media correct location for standard Gap media. Pull the end of the media out the front of the printer. Press the media down under the media guides, close the printer

  • 5.       Press the pause button once to exit pause mode. Press and hold the pause and cancel buttons for two seconds. The printer will feed and measure several labels.

  • 6.       Remove the excess media.
  • 7.       Perform the media calibration

Manual Print Width Adjustment

 

  • 1.       Power off then back on 

 

  • 2.       Press pause for two seconds to enter "Advance Mode"(all icons will flash yellow/orange)

 

  • 3.       The status indicator will show solid yellow, indicating the currently selected mode is manual media calibration.

  • 4.       Press feed once so that the pause indicator is illuminated. The printer is now in manual width adjustment mode.

  • 5.       Press the pause button one more time. The printer will print a 16 millimeter box and pause momentarily. The printer will then print a slightly larger box than again pause. When you see the printer box that matches the width of your media, press feed to set the print width.
