Device Name/ Program Name: Canon DW-M140 Issues

Overview: This guide will be used to troubleshoot issues that effects scanning on the Canon DW-M140 scanner. 

 

Troubleshooting Steps:

 

  1. The user must be is logged into Epic.
  2. Open the System tray and right click the scanner icon

 

  1. Switch from webcam to canon DR-M140
