Overview: This guide will be used to troubleshoot issues that effects freezes and glitches.
Troubleshooting Steps:
1. Click the system tray located at the bottom right of the screen (by the date and time)
2. Right click on the VMware icon (if you do not see the VMware icon, jump to Option B)
3. Click settings
4. Click reset, then click OK.
Option B:
If you do not see the VMware icon in the system tray:
1. Double Click the VMware icon on your desktop
2. Double click on the server
3. Log into the server
4. Click the settings icon
5. Click reset, then click OK.
