Overview: This guide will be used to add the KKI Epic icon to your desktop.
Troubleshooting Steps:
1. On your desktop, double click the VMware icon
2. Click "Add Server"
3. Paste this Epic server URL in the empty server field:
epic-viewbroker.et1095.epichosted.com
4. Click the domain drop down, and switch the domain to KKI
5. Type in your credentials
6. Once you login, you will see a purple KKI PRD Hyperspace icon loaded on the desktop.
