If the user is getting the error message “Not entitled to use the system” when attempting to log into Epic, ask the user if they work in inpatient or outpatient.
If they are in Inpatient-They need to click on the white and red JHH Epic Hyperspace icon to log in (Not the purple icon). They are not supposed to have access to the KKI outpatient purple icon.
If they are in Outpatient-Create a ticket and assign it to “Epic- Training/User Security” for the user to be added to the correct AD group.
