While on-site:
Desktop:
**Make sure the user logs into the correct server in VMware while on-site. Correct server to log into: epic-viewbroker.et1095.epichosted.com
(Instructions)
1. Launch VMware
2. You may see 2 servers, double click on the epic-viewbroker.et1095.epichosted.com
3. Have the user log in with creds
4. Launch Epic, log in with credentials, and attempt to copy/paste again.
Note: Do not use: horizon.kennedykrieger.org server. Remove it if you see it on a desktop.
Laptop:
If you see horizon.kennedykrieger.org on a laptop while the person is on-site, check to see if they have Zscaler. If they have Zscaler, remove horizon.kennedykrieger.org.

2. Click the 3 dots under horizon.kennedykrieger.org
4. Click delete
3. Click the: epic-viewbroker.et1095.epichosted.com server
2. Have the user log in with credentials
3. Launch Epic, log into Epic with creds, and attempt the copy/paste again.

No Zscaler:
1. Launch VMware
a. If you see horizon.kennedykrieger.org server on a laptop while the person is at home, and they DO NOT have Zscaler, they will NOT be able to copy/paste from this instance. They will need to log into a pool in order to cope/paste.
With Zcaler:
a. If you see horizon.kennedykrieger.org on a laptop while the person is at home, and they HAVE Zscaler, remove horizon.kennedykrieger.org. Make sure the user logs into server: epic-viewbroker.et1095.epichosted.com

2. Click the 3 dots under horizon.kennedykrieger.org
4. Click delete
3. Click the: epic-viewbroker.et1095.epichosted.com server
2. Have the user log in with credentials
3. Launch Epic, log into Epic with creds, and attempt the copy/paste again.
If the issue persist, check VMware and see if the server horizon.kennedykrieger.org is keeps reappearing. If the server horizon.kennedykrieger.org keeps reappearing, reinstall VMware and only add the server: epic-viewbroker.et1095.epichosted.com.
