SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN IN MYCHART
Payment plans can be set up in MyChart. Patients can automatically see their billing account. The proxy/parent must be the guarantor to see the billing summary. Otherwise, the profile needs to be switched to patient’s profile for the proxy to see the billing summary.
Help set up a payment plan in MyChart
- On the top, click Billing Summary.
- It will show the amount due, click Set up payment plan.

- Enter the amount that you want to pay per month. Enter the day of the month that you would like your payments made and click Select payment method.
- Enter card information.
