Haiku for KKI and JHH

 

  1. Please ensure that the following is installed on your device: Haiku, AirWatch, and Outlook email. (You will need all three to achieve the configuration). If not, please call the KKI IS Service Desk on 443-923-HELP. If all apps are already installed, please proceed to step 2.
  2. Open your email from your phone and click the link below:

  1. Follow the instructions on your phone by choosing the Haiku option.
  2. Proceed back to the log in screen and test your log in by logging in with your credentials.
  3. Log back out to proceed with JHH’s Haiku configuration.
  4. Once you have set up KKI’s Haiku by clicking the above KKI link (KKI must be set up first), ensure that you are still on your phone to open the JHH link below:

  1. When prompted Tap the pop-up to open the “johnshopkins.edu” website in your mobile device’s browser.
  2. When asked for a Code type in the 6-digit code from the Azure MFA.
  3. When prompted Login into the MFA using your JHEDID@jh.edu and password (This is the same login ID and password as Epic, add @jh.edu to your ID).
  4. Click Open when asked, “Open this page in Haiku?”
  5. Accept the Epic licensing agreement.
  6. Login into Haiku using your Epic login information.
  7. Login for a second time. This should be successful. If you receive any error, call the JHH Help Desk.

 

  1. Log back out of Haiku.
  2. You will be taken to a configuration screen with multiple instances of Epic.
  3. Tap on the Hopkins instance.
  4. Confirm again you would like the Johns Hopkins Epic Mobile Configuration.
  5. Tap Johns Hopkins Epic Mobile Configuration.
  6. You be taken back to the Haiku or Canto login screen.
  7. Double check at the top of the login page you are in the Johns Hopkins Instance of Epic.
  8. Proceed to login with your Johns Hopkins Epic JHED.
