How to add an additional child to A MyChart Account
If a parent or guardian has more than one child at KKI please do not send them a new link or activation code. Instead, add them through the active MyChart account.
Help add additional children in MyChart
- Click the name of the customer/proxy that owns the account. It must say Active.
- Click Give Proxy Access
- Enter name and DOB of the patient.
- Double click the name of the patient that needs to be added.
- Click Accept
You are only signing up biological parent(s): The relationship type would be “Parent Accessing Child.” Someone other than a biological parent, transfer the call to HIM. |
- Click the magnifying glass and select the relationship.
- Click Accept
If there is more than one child, repeat the steps. |
