Reactivating and Deactivating a MyChart account


You can reactivate and deactivate a MyChart account according to the situation. If patient/parent is locked out, you can reactivate the account for them. If you believe that someone is not supposed to have access to the account, simply deactivate the account and transfer the call to HIM. 


1.    Click on the name of the account

 


2.    To reactivate, click “Activate”

 


3.    To deactivate, click “Deactivate”
