Accessing Chart Review
Chart review is used to access the patient chart, with documentation from past to present.
Review notes in Patients chart
- Click Chart
- Search for the patient.
- You will be taken to Chart Review. If you are taken to another tab, click the Chart Review tab. Encounters tab shows you all the visits and interactions done on the patient till date.
