Kennedy Krieger Institute Helpdesk Portal

1.    Navigate to your toolbar and click the Epic drop down. 

2.    Click 1. Admin> 2. Access Management> 3. User Snapshot

**To navigate faster to User Snapshot you can search User Snapshot under the Epic drop down and you can pin User Snapshot or add to toolbar. (Drag and drop User Snapshot to the area you would for it to be on your tool bar or click the pin icon next to User Snapshot). 

3.    Search for the user and press enter.  

4.    Click Continue 

5.    Click Accept

6.    Click the Unblock blue hyperlink.
