Unblock an Epic Account

User snapshot allows you to unblock user accounts. You should only unblock an account if the Active Directory account is active and the Login Blocked reason is “Too Many Failed Logins” or “Inactive for too many days.”  You can also use this form to view all aspects of a user’s security including if the user’s account is active or inactive.

Help a staff unblock their Epic Account

  1. Locate  on your toolbar. 
  • Or search User Snapshot from the Epic button.

 

 

  1. Search for the user’s name and press enter.

  1. Select the user’s name and click .
  2. Click  to open record. 

 

  1. Login blocked gives a block reason such as “Too many failed logins,” select Unblock.

Important Note
