If the Proxy/Guardian wants to change their email you can simply change it for them. If a customer calls in and needs to change their email and other items in their demographics, transfer them to HIM to have them verify if themselves.

Help a Proxy Change their email

  1. Navigate to the MyChart Administration activity.

  1. Search for the patient’s name and DOB.

  1. After pulling up the correct name, double click on patient name or click Accept.

  1. Confirm the name of the parent/caregiver, click on the blue hyperlink with their name.

  1. Click Edit Demographics.

  1. Update email and click Accept.

  1. Click Reset, to verify the new email for 2 step verification. The code will be sent to their new email address.
