Managing two-Step factor Authentication

To prevent phishing and other methods by which malicious or unauthorized users can gain access to portals, two-step factor authentication is enabled. Therefore, even if a malicious user managed to acquire a proxy's credentials, he/she still couldn't log in without also having the proxy's one-time passcode.

By clicking Reset, it allows a user to re-verify the email saved on file.  When the proxy logs in first time after two-factor authentication is enabled, they are prompted to enter a code that was sent to their email. They will then enter the code on the screen, and they will be allowed to proceed.
