UPLOAD A FILE IN EPIC

You can attach/upload documents to into Epic. The document must be in a PDF format.

Upload documents Into Epic

  1. Click Network and then select tsclient

  1. Click either \\tsclient\C (your documents) or \\tsclient\S (Shared Drive).

  1. If you clicked \\tsclient\C, click Users. If you clicked \\tsclient\S, skip to step 8.A screenshot of a computerDescription automatically generated

  1. Click on OneDrive - Kennedy Krieger folder.

  1. Select One of the following designations: Desktop, Documents, NDrive, and navigate to the document you want to attach.A screenshot of a computerDescription automatically generated

 

  1. Double click on the document and the document appears in Epic.
  1. If you selected the S drive, navigate to the document you want to attach. 
  1. Double click on the document and the document appears in Epic.

 

Important Note

You may receive an error message while attempting to upload a file: “This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your administrator.”

The cause of this issue is not following the correct path. To solve this issue simply follow this path: Network>tsclient>\\Tsclient\C>Users>LastName>One Drive-KennedyKrieger. (This tip-sheet is the instructions to resolve the issue).
