EXPORT A FILE FROM EPIC

This workflow will allow you to export files from Epic.

TRY IT OUT

  1. Click Browse

  1. Click Network and then select tsclient

  1. Click on OneDrive - Kennedy Krieger folder.

  1. Select One of the following destinations that you would like to save your file in: Desktop, Documents, NDrive.

  1. Click Save and continue to step 10.

  1. Enter a password if it requires you to, then click Accept.

Important Note

Not all exports require a password.

 

Important Note

You may receive an error message while attempting to export a file from Epic: “This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your administrator.”

The cause of this issue is not following the correct path. To solve this issue simply follow this path: Network>tsclient>\\Tsclient\C>Users>LastName>One Drive-KennedyKrieger. (This tip-sheet is the instructions to resolve the issue).
