MyChart makes it fast and easier for patients to send files to staff.

UPLOAD A DOCUMENT WHILE SENDING A MYCHART MESSAGE

  1. The parent/proxy will log in from a PC, ensure that the profile has been switched to the patient’s name on the top right.

  1. Click Messages in the toolbar.

  1. Click Send a message in green.

  1. You will get 3 options, click “Question for Clinician." 

A. Refill a medication

B. Question for Clinician. 

C. Support Services.

 

 

  1. Click Next for the disclaimer.

  1. You will get 5 more options, click Attachment for Clinician Review

A. Non-Urgent Medical Question 

B. Prescription Question 

C. Test Results Question 

D. Visit Follow-up Question

E. Attachment for Clinician Review

  1. Click the provider's name. The blank message will open, ensure that the subject and body has been filled.

  1. Click Attach (paperclip icon) to select/upload the document that the patient needs to upload.

  1. Click Send
