UPLOAD A DOCUMENT INTO MYCHART
MyChart makes it fast and easier for patients to send files to staff.
UPLOAD A DOCUMENT WHILE SENDING A MYCHART MESSAGE
- The parent/proxy will log in from a PC, ensure that the profile has been switched to the patient’s name on the top right.
- Click Messages in the toolbar.
- Click Send a message in green.
- You will get 3 options, click “Question for Clinician."
A. Refill a medication
B. Question for Clinician.
C. Support Services.
- Click Next for the disclaimer.
- You will get 5 more options, click Attachment for Clinician Review:
A. Non-Urgent Medical Question
B. Prescription Question
C. Test Results Question
D. Visit Follow-up Question
E. Attachment for Clinician Review
- Click the provider's name. The blank message will open, ensure that the subject and body has been filled.
- Click Attach (paperclip icon) to select/upload the document that the patient needs to upload.
- Click Send.
