The Guarantor account number is used to make a payment if a guardian does not have access to billing in MyChart. 

1. Navigate to MyChart Administration, and search for the patient.
2. Under These People Can Access Four's MyChart Account, locate the proxy that displays Billing Access under it, select Show Guarantor Accounts.
