MyChart Central is a hub created by Epic that helps users access all their MyChart accounts from one place using a single login. This is especially beneficial for users who receive care from more than one healthcare organization. Users can also access MyChart Central in the MyChart mobile application.

Important Note

Why can’t a patient sign up for MyChart Central?

Users need to meet the following requirements to create a MyChart Central account:

1.          The user is at least 18 years old.

2.         The user has an active MyChart account at an organization that participates in MyChart Central. Direct users to https://www.mychart.org/LoginSignup to see a list of all participating organizations.

Non-patient proxies can sign up for MyChart Central if they have an active MyChart account at a participating organization, and the organization uses the November 2024 version or later.

If the user meets all the criteria but still can’t sign up, direct the user to reach out to MyChart Central User Support through the support form at https://www.mychart.org/MyChartCentral/help.

Important Note

Why can't a patient connect all of their organizations to MyChart Central?

To connect to an organization on MyChart Central, their healthcare organization must offer MyChart and must participate in MyChart Central.

1.          Direct the users to mychart.org/loginsignup  to confirm that their organization offers MyChart.

2.         Ask the user to verify that their organization has Log in with Epic ID next to their name, which indicates that they participate in MyChart Central.
